School Profile

International House Tbilisi is part of the International House World Organisation of more than 150 schools in over 50 countries.

In 1989 it opened its first school on 26th of May Square and became the first International House affiliated school in the former Soviet Union. It is now the largest English language school in Georgia running a comprehensive range of courses for groups, individuals and the corporate sector. In addition there are specialist exam programmes for the Cambridge Examinations (PET, FCE, CAE and CPE), IELTS and TOEFL. International House Tbilisi caters for all age groups from children and young learners between the ages of 7 to 15 to adults. There are currently over 1200 students studying at International House Tbilisi.

International House 26th May Square is situated in Saburtalo within easy reach of public transport. This well equipped school has fifteen air-conditioned classrooms, staff-room, reception, library, computer self-access room, bookshop and refreshments area. 

In September 2006 International House Tbilisi added exciting new premises in Brosse Street. Near to the cultural hub of the city and occupying three floors, it has nine classrooms, staff room, computer room, bookshop and café   plus a spacious reception area where both teachers and students can relax and socialise.
